Event Description
Fully Funded Retail Support Programme
Thanks to a brand new, custom made programme for retailers, ‘Retail Renaissance’ will help transform your retail business with expert-led sessions designed to future-proof your operations and boost your bottom line!
Improving Customer Experience - it's not about the wow moments
In this hands on interactive workshop you’ll work on developing a great customer experience, decreasing frustrations and increasing customer satisfaction. Included in this session is Customer Effort Scoring and collecting/using feedback.
WHO’S IT FOR?
The Retail Renaissance Programme is open to any high street business. Whether you are a retail service, or sell physical products, you’re invited to benefit from participation. It’s fully funded, thanks to funding from the UK government, Boost, and Lancashire County Council, and is valued at £3,000 per place!
WHY BOOK?
Whether you’re looking to build your brand online, enhance customer experience, or increase sales, this programme delivers the how and why from retail experts who understand your challenges and can support you to unlock your potential.
Sessions will take place in person, or online (should demand dictate).
Each session will last, on average 2 and a half hours. A maximum of two places per company. If you would like to send different colleagues to different sessions, as part of the full programme, you can do that.
The Retail Renaissance programme has been developed by the NWL Chamber of Commerce, Customer Love, and Preston BID.
